I don’t expect any next gen console from Sony or Microsoft anytime before 2012. With the recent release of the PS3 “slim”, I believe the current consoles have a few years life in them yet.

i dont think people are ready for a ps4 yet…let them get excited for a new ps to come out..really think about it and dont rush it what so ever…let xbox come out with a new one bf sony does…..

The PS4 has been released in Japan, and it is a good machine.
It can play Xbox360 games as well.
It comes with a 2 TB HDD and CD rom which games will play from.
CD is the way of the future, so we have made sure it is future proofing this new technology.
We also have a celeron CPU as main core and a Soundblaster pro card for sound.
Atari 2600 Joysticks have been added to this wonderful package.
I willbe selling these machines for $199 US..

it would be the dumbest idea to make a ps4 because it has every thing from wireless controllers to blu ray so what else could they come up with a builty in chef or something and where did you see the prototype McDonalds and yes you sound like a dick i saw a prototype of that it was about 2 inches so theres your commend ass hole

it would be a dumb marketing scheme to come out with the ps4 since they just came out with the ps3 slim. they are going to milk the ps3 for awhile. and we havent had any big technical breakthroughs that would make the ps4 superior to the ps3. there wont be a ps4 probably until they make a new type of high(er) definition since blu ray is top of the line and ps3 has that. nothing else is out for ps4 to have.

What else is the PS4 going to use for CDs? It’s not going to go back to DVDs…. I’d expect it to use dual layered 250GB Bluray discs. There’s no reason to use anything less when they’re already working on 250GB bluray discs.

if they are going to make a ps4 they should make come out like 2012 cause some people dont have a ps3 yet by the way i heard something about a prototype of a ps4? any comments about that??????

damngive the ps3 a chance to settle its foundation first…people havent been able to afford the ps3 yet and still going through transactions of the not yet dead ps2

I hope it is in 2010. Oh if PS4 bon’t have Blue-ray it wont play PS3 games then. that would be bad.
